Damned if you do, damned of you don't.

Proving once again that President Bush is wrong no matter what he does, the left is calling him out on failing to stop North Korea from acquiring a nuclear device, or as they like to say MANY nuclear devices. Do you think if he had done something militarily to stop North Korea we would have gotten the same "No Nukes found!" "Bush lied people died!" "Illegal war!" rigmarole?

Hussein uses weapons of mass destruction to kill civilians, we have pictures of it, and Bush stopping him is unjust because we couldn't physically find the smoking gun. But when Bush fails to stop a country that is rumored to be pursuing nuclear weaponry, with damn near full blessing of the Clinton Administration, it's a travesty?

I really hope at some point Americans can get back to thinking about what is best for the country and not focusing on their hatred for one man to drive their decisions. Hope is all I really have left, when I see comment threads like the one linked. So much anger and hysteria converted into text. You can tell they are shaking and seeing red from the misspellings, CAPS, failed punctuation, and excessive exclamation points. I thought the right was supposed to be the moronic red necks and the left was supposed to be the educated muckety mucks. Stereotypes why have you failed me? They would likely say Bush "slashed" their school funding.
